Early Years Educator Langdon Road
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting an enthusiastic and caring educator to work in their Langdon Road branch. The Nursery Practitioner will support the staff team with planning, observation, and assessment, providing stimulating learning opportunities and ensuring child safety.
Description

- Ability to provide and maintain a high quality, stimulating outdoor learning environment
- To plan and prepare purposeful learning opportunities using a range of creative approaches
- Ability to work as a member of a team, sharing experience and communicating effectively
- Provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
- An understanding of the EYFS and experience working with children within the early years
- A Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Early Years Childcare
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- A secure understanding of the EYFS and development matters
- An enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude to work
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in partnership with parents

- To participate in training and other learning activities/meetings as required
- Hold an appropriate first aid qualification or be willing to undertake one
