What you'll be doing
We're looking for an experienced Web Manager to oversee our global web portfolio, lead cross-functional digital initiatives, support D2C and E-Commerce operations, and ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all web platforms. Key responsibilities include managing and optimising content lifecycle across all CMS platforms, leading website improvements, working with stakeholders, using analytics to optimise customer journeys, and managing agencies and suppliers.
Who we are looking for
You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and proven experience managing a high-traffic or e‑commerce website. You should be able to discuss technical issues around e-commerce (Shopify), UX, SEO, accessibility, design, etc. You have CMS, SEO, and analytics knowledge; Google Analytics experience; experience managing Osano. You have solid understanding of WordPress/Sanity and familiarity with the Jamstack approach.
