Overview
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Motion Designer (IC3) to bring [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s brand to life through motion — from campaign films and product stories, to social systems and micro-interactions. This is a senior individual contributor role: you’ll be hands-on, owning delivery end-to-end across multiple motion workstreams, with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Build [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s motion language: Define and evolve a clear, flexible motion system.
- Deliver standout motion work end-to-end: Own motion design from concept through final delivery.
- Tell stories that land: Translate complex ideas into motion narratives.
- Set a high bar for craft & consistency.
- Operate with IC3 execution: Independently plan and deliver non-routine work.
- AI-first motion workflows: Integrate AI tools to accelerate production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Growth, and Content.
