Care Worker

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Care Worker to support vulnerable adults in their own homes. This entry-level role offers full training, competitive hourly pay, and mileage reimbursement. Based in Reddish, Stockport.

Job Description

You will be required to look after vulnerable adults in their own homes, tasks required will be personal care, handling medication, moving and handling, preparation of meals and providing support and companionship.

As you will be working in the client's home you will be required to travel to each one. We will accept applicants that are willing to walk on walking rounds and candidates who have their own method of transport.

Desired Experience

No experience necessary – all training provided. Ideally you will have a caring nature, be looking to give back to the community and share our company values.

Our Recruitment Process

We will review CVs when they come in and contact you if we feel you are a good match for our team. The first stage will be a quick telephone interview to gauge who you are as a person and find out more about you.

The 2nd stage will be a face to face interview at our offices with value based questions so we can understand how you would work in the care environment.

If you are successful we will then offer you the role and arrange voluntary shadowing and training whilst we review your right to work checks, criminal record check and send off for your references.
