We are looking for a Principal AI Solutions Consultant to sit at the intersection of sales, consulting, and AI innovation. You will be accountable for influencing deal outcomes, including improving win rates, deal value, and client confidence through value-led engagement.

Requirements

  • Partner closely with Growth to win strategic deals
  • Bring credibility across C-suite, business, and technical stakeholders

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Presales & Value Engineering: Lead discovery sessions, build ROI cases, define solution hypotheses, and create compelling value narratives.
  • AI-Led Solutioning & Storytelling: Design AI-driven use cases (data platform modernization, AI/ML, GenAI, agentic workflows), build prototypes using tools like Streamlit, Figma, Copilot.
  • Deal Shaping & Commercial Support: Partner with SVP Growth, contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and act as bridge between sales and delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership to refine messaging and build reusable assets.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Positioning: Stay at forefront of AI trends, contribute to POVs, case studies, and client workshops.

What we are looking for:

  • 10–15+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or value engineering
  • Experience in data, analytics, or AI-led consulting environments
  • Proven track record of supporting and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Experience shaping AI-led or data-driven transformation deals preferred
