The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on Head of Product to lead and evolve [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s product function through its next stage of growth. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for defining product vision, shaping strategy, owning roadmap delivery, and ensuring we continue building category-leading equity management software. AI capability is a critical part of this role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap aligned to company goals.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product strategy.
  • Embed AI thinking into product strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Own and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Lead, coach and develop Product Managers.
  • Deeply understand user needs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Revenue, Customer Success and Leadership.
  • Use product analytics to measure performance and drive decisions.

Essential Elements

  • 7+ years in Product Management, including at least 3 in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong B2B SaaS product leadership experience.
  • Demonstrable practical application of AI in product development or customer experience.
  • Excellent product discovery, research and experimentation capability.
  • Strong data-led decision-making.
  • Experience leading and coaching product professionals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in equity management or FinTech.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy product environments.
  • Experience in product-led growth or onboarding optimization.
