[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring an HR Advisor for a remote-first role with occasional London office visits. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position focusing on employee relations, manager support, and HR operations.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands on HR Advisor to join us in a broad, generalist role with real ownership across employee relations, manager support and day to day HR delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for HR queries, working closely with the Head of HR to ensure consistent, fair and pragmatic people decisions across the business. This role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the London office a few times per year for team collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a caseload of ER matters (absence, performance, conduct)
  • Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers
  • Draft clear, accurate documentation (letters, outcomes, processes)
  • Partner with managers on day-to-day people queries
  • Support performance management (informal and formal)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
  • Benefits administration

Requirements

  • Experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER processes
  • Confident handling challenging conversations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using an HR system (HRIS)
  • Right to work in the UK
