• Salary: Circa £100k p.a., depending on experience, plus equity and benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap
• Own and prioritise the product roadmap
• Embed AI thinking into product strategy
• Lead, coach and develop Product Managers
• Deeply understand user needs across multiple stakeholder groups
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue, and Customer Success
• Use product analytics to measure performance and adoption

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management, including at least 3 years in a senior product leadership role
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS product leadership
• Demonstrable practical application of AI in product development or operations
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
• Data-led decision-making capability
