About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered and automation-driven capabilities within our vertical SaaS platform. This role will focus on improving customer workflows through intelligent tools that increase efficiency, accuracy, and business impact.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer success to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Discovery: Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to core customer workflows; conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements; define and maintain a roadmap aligned with company objectives; evaluate market trends and emerging technologies.
  • AI & Automation Development: Lead the design of AI-assisted and data-driven product features; partner with engineering and data teams on model integration and evaluation; ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and user-friendly; support human-in-the-loop and quality control processes.
  • Execution & Delivery: Write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria; prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact; manage product development from concept to launch; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Go-To-Market & Adoption: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches; support product positioning and customer enablement; track adoption, engagement, and retention metrics; incorporate customer feedback into product iterations.

Requirements

  • Required: 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS; experience delivering workflow-oriented or data-driven products; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI/ML-powered products; familiarity with modern data platforms and APIs; background in vertical SaaS or industry-specific software; experience with mobile or cloud-based platforms; familiarity with construction workflows, especially pre-construction processes such as material takeoff and estimating; experience with CAD and/or BIM systems and related design workflows.
