About the Role
Join our team in Eastbourne where you'll lead one of our production areas, supporting the factory team every day to deliver strong performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP). This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help create a positive, collaborative working environment while driving meaningful improvements.
- Oversee daily operation of production area using structured routines
- Make informed operational decisions and work with support teams
- Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders
- Identify and deliver improvements in workflow, efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams
- Maintain visible presence on shop floor
- Promote strong safety culture
- Ensure SOPs and processes are followed for product quality
- Contribute to site compliance (ISO9001, ISO14001)
- Support maintenance activities
- Deliver daily production plan
- Provide clear, constructive feedback
What We Are Looking For
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing/operations environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confidence working to defined processes and standards
- Familiarity with LEAN principles, production systems or ISO-based environments
Please note: Our manufacturing site is currently based in Eastbourne, with plans to relocate to Brighton around 2030.
