About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting full-time Children's Residential Support Workers to join our Ofsted-regulated children's homes in Preston, supporting children and young people with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and complex needs. As a Children's Residential Support Worker at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will play a vital role in helping children feel safe, valued and supported every day. You will encourage independence, confidence and positive development while creating a stable, therapeutic and nurturing home environment. Contract Details
- Permanent full-time position
- Includes sleep-in duties

- Up to £33,400 per year / £13.50 to £14.00 per hour

Your Role as a Children's Residential Support Worker
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people
- Support daily routines, education, activities and personal development
- Help children build confidence, independence and life skills
- Follow care plans, behaviour support strategies and safeguarding procedures
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive home environment
- Maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in care or working with children is helpful but not essential
- A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
- Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Children's Residential qualification
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomes for children
- Resilience, empathy and a genuine desire to support young people
