Support Worker (Runcorn)

The role involves providing day-to-day care, personal care, community engagement, and following individual care plans. Salary up to £33,400 p.a. / £13.50 to £14.00 per hour. Permanent full-time with sleep-in duties. No sponsorship available.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and support to adults with specialist needs
- Support daily routines, personal care, activities and community engagement
- Help adults build confidence, independence and essential life skills
- Follow individual care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive home environment
- Maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team
