Support Worker – Adult Specialist Care
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting full-time Support Workers to join our CQC-regulated adult care services, supporting adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
Contract Details
- Permanent full-time position
What We Offer
- Up to £33,400 p.a salary

Your Role as a Support Worker
- Provide day-to-day care and support to adults with specialist needs
- Support daily routines, personal care, activities and community engagement
- Help adults build confidence, independence and essential life skills
- Follow individual care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive home environment
- Maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in care, support work, Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health (helpful but not essential)
- A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
- Willingness to work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomes
- Resilience, empathy and a genuine desire to support adults with complex needs
