Job Details

We're looking for a Chef Supervisor (Sessional) – LDN Eats to support the delivery of high-quality catering across a variety of events from canapé functions to café-style service while helping to train and inspire our team.

The Role

You'll work alongside the Head of LDN Eats to deliver exceptional food and inclusive experiences. This is a flexible, sessional role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments.

You will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food for events
  • Support and coach team members with learning disabilities
  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Represent LDN Eats at events and engage with customers

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum Level 2/3 catering qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in hospitality/catering
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety (5-star standards)
  • Excellent communication skills – calm, patient, and customer-focused
  • Experience leading kitchen prep and service
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience (or strong interest) in working with people with learning disabilities
  • Passion for social impact, inclusion, and training others
