Chef Supervisor (Sessional) – LDN Eats

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Chef Supervisor for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], a social enterprise. This sessional role requires a skilled chef with a passion for inclusion. Location: Westminster, London. Salary: £16.59 per hour.

The Role

You will work alongside the Head of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to deliver exceptional food and inclusive experiences. Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food for events
  • Support and coach team members with learning disabilities
  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, compliant kitchen
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation
  • Represent [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] at events and engage with customers

What We're Looking For

Essential: Minimum Level 2/3 catering qualification, 5+ years experience in hospitality/catering, strong food hygiene knowledge, excellent communication, experience leading kitchen prep and service, ability to work flexibly including evenings/weekends, full UK driving licence.

Desirable: Experience or strong interest in working with people with learning disabilities, passion for social impact.
