About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Partnerships Associate to join our team to help manage our relationships with influencers, affiliates and key industry third-parties.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage relationships with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s influencer & affiliate partnerships including: owning regular communication, keeping partners up to date, reviewing content, reporting on effectiveness (CPA, conversion rates, customer quality).
  • Prospect new influencer & affiliate partners for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to work with, presenting relevant opportunities including commercial details.
  • Support relationships with Asset Manager partners such as JP Morgan to deliver success in co-marketing efforts.
  • Work with the broader Marketing Team to support growth of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s other account types and relationships.
  • Contribute strategic ideas for enhancing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s proposition and growth efforts.
  • Live by our core business metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or desire to work in B2C partnerships, marketing, sales or similar roles.
  • Passionate about social media & content marketing.
  • Demonstrable understanding of broader marketing channels.
  • Analytical and likes working out why something worked (or didn’t).
  • Strong presentation, organisational and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive with a willingness to get hands dirty.
  • Passion for personal finance.
  • Takes pride in team success.
  • Natural problem solver, comfortable asking questions.
