The Client Relationship Manager is a key position within the commercial organization, working alongside Commercial Managers as part of an integrated team embedded directly within a set of strategic accounts. This is not a traditional account management role. You Will

  • Customer Experience & Partnership: Champion a culture of exceptional client engagement within your assigned accounts.
  • Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Drive cohesion across teams and functions to ensure clients receive a seamless, consistent experience.
  • Opportunity Identification & Growth: Work with Commercial Managers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Pre- and Post-Sale Engagement: Ensure clients are supported through the full commercial lifecycle.
  • Client Advocacy & Feedback: Act as the voice of the client internally.
  • Account Health & Commercial Discipline: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Partnership Building: Build and sustain meaningful partnerships with key accounts.

You Have

  • Deep Market Experience: Proven experience in senior relationship management within financial data, energy markets, or B2B information services.
  • Customer-First Mindset: A genuine passion for client engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work across Sales, Product, and Editorial teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Comfortable interpreting usage data and market signals.
  • Communication & Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of AI's Impact on Customers: Curiosity about AI integration in energy markets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
