The Role

• Leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to deliver premium client experiences.
• Driving sales and business performance through strong leadership and operational excellence.
• Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
• Overseeing stock control, payroll information, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example with professionalism, punctuality, and commitment.
• Drive retail sales and lead retail performance across the salon.
• Nurture Apprentices and Salon Support staff; manage Stylists, Technicians, and support staff.

• Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retail targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stock levels, and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Hairdressing Salon Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium salon environment.
• Qualified Stylist or Colour Technician.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to grow sales and manage costs.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Proven eligibility to work in the UK.

• Up to £32,000.00 per annum plus commission, pension with 3% employer contribution and 28 days holiday allowance.
