FULL DESCRIPTION

Technician

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Solihull is seeking a talented technician to join their team. The role involves performing hair services, consultations, and mentoring.

Schedule

Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)

Your Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair services such as colours, styling, and treatments.
Guide personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] experience.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.
Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality.
Uphold the name of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

Your Requirements

Bring artistic vision to life through understanding clients’ preferences.
Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.
Proven experience as a colour technician in a busy salon environment.
Minimum 5 years experience and preferably Wella trained.
