Are you someone with strong general administration experience looking for a role where you can support a busy workshop and fleet environment? This Workshop Administrator position on a fixed term contract within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, coordination and keeping systems and records running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be supporting workshop activity, fleet administration and compliance processes, making sure information is accurately recorded and teams have the information they need to keep operations moving.
- Providing general administrative support to workshop and fleet teams
- Creating and maintaining job cards, records and compliance documentation
- Updating systems with job details, costs and workshop activity
- Supporting Work In Progress tracking and internal communication
- Assisting with planning and coordination of workshop activity
About You
You do not need direct workshop or fleet experience, what matters most is your strong administrative background, attention to detail and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a more operationally focused environment, even on a contract basis.

- Previous experience in general administration, coordination or office support
- Comfortable working with systems, data entry and document handling
