People Business Partner

The Vacancy

Are you an experienced People Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, or Regional HR Manager looking for a role with real influence across a nationwide, multi site operation? As one of three People Business Partners at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will partner closely with Managing Directors and leadership teams across multiple Business Units, helping shape organisational performance, leadership capability, engagement, and long term business growth.

This is a highly visible role where you will balance strategic partnering with hands on operational support across a diverse and fast paced business. Supporting leaders across multiple sites, you will help drive cultural alignment, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, succession, and organisational change while ensuring people strategy delivers measurable commercial impact.

  • Partner with Managing Directors and senior leaders to align people plans with operational and commercial priorities
  • Coach, influence, and challenge leaders to build high performing, inclusive, and accountable cultures
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership capability, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Support change programmes, restructures, operating model shifts, and organisational transformation activity
  • Use workforce insight and people data to improve engagement, reduce risk, and strengthen organisational performance

About You

You could already be operating as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Regional HR Manager, or Senior HR Advisor within a complex, operational, or multi site environment. You understand how strong leadership, engagement, and people capability contribute directly to business success and are confident influencing leaders across different sites and operational cultures.

You will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery, building credibility quickly while remaining approachable and solutions focused.   • Experience supporting operational, regional, or multi site business environments
  • Strong employee relations knowledge with commercially balanced judgement and decision making
  • Comfortable coaching and influencing senior stakeholders and operational leadership teams
  • Understanding of organisational design, succession planning, workforce capability, and leadership development
  • Able to travel nationally where required to maintain visibility, relationships, and leadership partnership across sites
