About this Role
Are you an experienced Senior People Business Partner, Head of HR, or strategic HR leader looking to shape the future of a nationwide operational business? This Senior People Business Partner role will act as a key partner to the Group Director of People while leading a team of three regional multi site People Business Partners supporting Managing Directors across the UK.
This is a highly influential role where you will help drive organisational performance, leadership capability, cultural alignment, and people transformation across multiple Business Units. Combining strategic leadership with hands on support, you will act as the bridge between People Operations, Centres of Expertise, and operational leadership teams, ensuring people strategy translates into meaningful commercial impact.
- Partner with the Group Director of People and executive leaders to shape and deliver people strategy across the organisation
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three regional People Business Partners supporting nationwide operational teams
- Drive leadership capability, succession planning, talent development, and performance management maturity
- Support complex organisational change, operating model implementation, and transformation programmes
- Provide senior oversight and guidance on complex employee relations, people risk, and organisational effectiveness matters
About You
You could already be operating as a Senior HR Business Partner, Head of People, Lead HRBP, or HR Manager within a complex, operational, or multi site environment. You are commercially minded, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, and able to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery across fast paced operational teams.
- Strong experience within a multi site, operational, or commercially focused environment
- Proven ability to coach, lead, and develop HR or People professionals
- Confident influencing executive stakeholders and operational leadership teams
- Strong understanding of organisational design, talent, succession, change, and workforce capability
- Comfortable travelling nationally where required to maintain visibility and partnership across the business
