Connected Control Tower Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Connected Control Tower Manager to lead transport operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport execution across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end leadership of the Connected Control Tower, ensuring consistent, high‑quality transport execution
- Oversee Customer Order Management, transport planning, order and trip tracking, and customer service performance
- Drive transport efficiency initiatives to optimise cost, service, and productivity outcomes
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of compulsory transport systems and tools
- Lead data analytics and performance reporting to enable insight‑driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with transport safety standards, customer contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Support onboarding of new customers into standardised Control Tower processes
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance service outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across systems, processes, and ways of working

Requirements
- Proven experience in transport operations, logistics, or supply chain management within a complex environment
- Strong understanding of transport planning, execution, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams
- Highly developed analytical capability with experience leveraging data to drive performance improvements
- Experience working with transport management systems and integrated operational platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead change in a fast‑paced environment
