About The Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest repair equipment and materials.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Repairing damaged panels to a high standard
  • Preparing and priming panels ready for paint
  • Carrying out panel straightening and dent removal
  • Using modern repair methods and equipment
  • Delivering right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standards

Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.

Package:

  • Up to £39,000 basic salary
  • Bonus up to 15%
  • 15% pension contribution

Hours:

  • 45 hours per week
  • 9-hour shifts between 06:30 – 18:00
  • Shift patterns discussed at interview

About You

Proficient in using the latest methods, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with your team to achieve goals.

Minimum criteria:

  • Panel repair / accident repair experience
  • Panel prep and priming experience
  • Experience using dent pulling equipment (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (manual)
