What you'll be doing
- To ensure GI works are undertaken in accordance with the specification and to a good standard
- To act as Lead Driller and supervise the Assistant Driller/s
- Ensure accurate records and paperwork are submitted on time
- Conducting oneself in a way that reflect and promotes the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] company values.
- Understanding and acting in accordance with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s policies and procedures.
- Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake.
Who we're looking for
- Experienced Rotary and or Cable Percussion Lead Driller
- NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling
- Be willing to travel and work away from home
- Be flexible and work nights and weekend shifts as and when required
- Have good communication skills and attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Have an ability to prioritise and organise work effectively
- Work consistently whilst under pressure to maintain a professional approach at all times
- Show initiative to make decisions within own area of authority
- Develop relationships with clients and colleagues
Other Requirements
- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
- Flexibility to travel in the UK.
- A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK (desirable)
