What you'll be doing

  • To ensure GI works are undertaken in accordance with the specification and to a good standard
  • To act as Lead Driller and supervise the Assistant Driller/s
  • Ensure accurate records and paperwork are submitted on time
  • Conducting oneself in a way that reflect and promotes the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] company values.

  • Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake.

Who we're looking for

  • Experienced Rotary and or Cable Percussion Lead Driller
  • NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling
  • Be willing to travel and work away from home
  • Be flexible and work nights and weekend shifts as and when required
  • Have good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Have an ability to prioritise and organise work effectively
  • Work consistently whilst under pressure to maintain a professional approach at all times
  • Show initiative to make decisions within own area of authority
  • Develop relationships with clients and colleagues

Other Requirements

  • Eligible to work and live in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel in the UK.
  • A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK (desirable)
