The Mission
We are hiring a Senior Growth Specialist to help us get in front of more practices. Your core focus will be on full cycle sales from lead generation to closing and onboarding practices. You'll be joining an ambitious sales team with prior experience at Monzo, Revolut, and other VC-backed startups.
Goal Expectations
- Objective 1: Convert new practices – own a geographical patch, achieve 10 live practices per week, 70% demo-to-sign rate, 90% sign-to-live rate.
- Objective 2: Generate leads – create high impact lead gen strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, events, field sales, referrals).
- Objective 3: Improve team performance – improve team processes, bring happy conflict, aim for stretch target of 15 practices live per person per week.
Scope of the Role
- You fully own: live practices target, quality of outbound campaigns, GTM strategy for your patch.
- You co-own: lead list enrichment, CRM tidiness, booking demos.
- You influence: inbound campaign investment, product direction via customer feedback loop.
- You do not own: account management, product roadmap, ICB deals.
