Mission Statement

Initially focus on content distribution and community, then expand to other channels. Opportunity to build and lead a team.

Objectives & Key Results (First 3 Months)

  • Generate 100 leads per month
  • Run 5 experiments
  • Set up accurate measurement and attribution
  • Nurture an engaged community of 100 by running 3 high impact events

Projects and Milestones

Month 1: Audit marketing activity, build content strategy, set up attribution, implement quick wins, generate 25 leads.
Month 2: Build community & events strategy, launch referral programme, host community touchpoint, generate 50 leads.
Day 90: Build automations, scale to national coverage, generate 100 leads.

Scope of the Role

You fully own: lead generation metric, email campaigns, paid channels, content distribution, community & events, website optimisation, brand consistency. You do not own: video content creation, product decisions, sales execution.

Required Experience

  • Generalist with multi-channel optimisation experience
  • Analytically sharp with data-driven decision making
  • Experimental mindset, hypothesis testing
  • Entrepreneurial (startup/founder experience a plus)
  • Great communicator who connects with NHS staff
  • Transparent and self-sufficient

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to professional/practitioner audience (healthcare, legal, finance, education)
  • Run referral/ambassador programme
  • Hands-on paid marketing
  • Built marketing automations
