FULL DESCRIPTION

Air Hygiene Supervisor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an Air Hygiene Supervisor to support the regional air hygiene operation in Kent and the South East. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising operatives, carrying out technical works, and ensuring safe, compliant service delivery.

  • Location: Maidstone, Kent
  • Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Shift: Days & Nights

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support air hygiene operatives, ensuring safe working practices in line with RAMS and maintaining professional client engagement at all times
  • Carry out kitchen extract and ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease and TR19 standards
  • Install access doors in line with DW144 and complete fire damper inspections in accordance with BS9999
  • Complete plant inspections, follow preventative maintenance programmes and recommend repairs or equipment purchases where appropriate
  • Ensure accurate completion of service reports, pre‑work risk assessments and all required documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating and maintaining ventilation and air hygiene systems
  • Understanding of TR19, BS9999 and DW144 standards
  • Previous experience supervising teams or coaching and mentoring
  • Full UK driving licence
