About the Role

In collaboration with the Police, you'll serve in custody suites, delivering healthcare to detainees. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety of detainees with round-the-clock coverage in the custody suites, in line with a schedule agreed upon with our client. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple custody suites in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare to detainees in police custody suites
• Work a full-time shift pattern: 4 shifts on (2 day, 2 night) then 4 days off
• Provide clinical assessment and care under pressure
• Collaborate with police and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• RN, RGN or RMN with dual registration – 2 years post qualification (Band 5 minimum)
• Paramedic with 2 years post qualification
• Must have a driving license
• Right to work in UK (British Passport or ILR for 3+ years with no gaps over 3 months)
• NMC/HCPC Registration paid
• Subject to Police Vetting

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary £41,000 per year
• £1,000 bonus after 12 months service
• Average estimated overtime £3,500 per annum
