About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team. You will support and assist the Replenishment Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment that delivers excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Maintain 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering <10% ISOS.
- Ensure KPIs are in place for gap counts.
- Contribute to achieving Customer Satisfaction targets and scores.
- Drive standards for great customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and embedded.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policy and legislation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a warehouse, retail, or wholesale environment.
- Sound knowledge of product areas.
- Highly organised with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Team-building skills with the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
