About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised Schools Relationship Manager to join our Music Hub team. In this outward-facing role, you’ll build strong partnerships with schools, support music programme delivery, and play a key part in shaping young people’s access to high-quality music education.

• Role: Schools Relationship Manager
• Hours: Full time, 37 hours
• Salary: £29,185 per annum

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for schools in our membership programme—growing relationships, managing agreements, and ensuring a smooth experience for schools, parents, and tutors.
• Oversee admissions processes, manage data through SpeedAdmin, and help deliver large-scale school events.
• Line manage administrators, support tutors and practitioners, and contribute to the wider success of the Music Hub.
• Combine relationship management, operations, data management, and team leadership.
