Chocolate Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Support store management team towards accomplishment of the retail plan
• Contribute to operational excellence and financial performance
• Embody the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand and deliver the [Employer hidden] Service proposition
• Actively contribute to collaboration and teamwork
• Maximise sales turnover and store profitability
• Deliver operational excellence including presentation standards
• Maintain visual merchandising plan and competitor watch
• Handle food safety and health safety requirements for ice cream and drinks

Requirements

• Proven experience within a retail organisation preferably
• Track record of delivering high performance in a team
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive can-do attitude
