Key Responsibilities
- Support the store management team towards accomplishing the retail plan
- Contribute to operational excellence and financial performance of the store

- Deliver the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Service proposition and exceed customer expectations
- Maximise sales turnover and store profitability
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and competitor awareness

- Take responsibility for personal development and performance reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience within a retail organisation (preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering high performance within a team
- Numerate with good analytical and IT skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with drive for results
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Positive, can-do attitude
