Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, inspire and develop a team of chocolate advisors towards the retail plan.
- Accountable for operational excellence and financial performance of the store.
- Embody the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand and create brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate and share knowledge.
- Drive store sales and profit targets using business tools.
- Track store KPIs and identify opportunities.
- Manage store expenditure and cost budgets.
- Deliver operational excellence, audit controls, and compliance.
- Create a customer-centric culture and execute in-store marketing.
- Develop team skills, conduct 1-2-1s, and plan succession.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail.
- Track record of creating and managing high-performing teams, including talent development and disciplinary processes.
- Numerate with analytical and IT skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Positive can-do attitude.
