Job Description

We are recruiting two Chocolate Advisors (8–16 hours per week) for our brand new store in The Trafford Centre, Manchester opening at the end of May 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximising Sales Turnover and Store Profitability
- Use business tools to drive and exceed store sales and profit targets
- Collaborate with store management on key trading periods
- Delivering Operational Excellence – flawless execution of processes, audit and loss prevention, health and safety
- Delivering Outstanding Premium Visibility – become an expert brand ambassador, maintain visual merchandising, competitor watch
- Leading for an Inspiring Place to Work – personal development, 1-2-1s, performance reviews
What experience you’ll bring
- Proven retail experience preferred
- Track record of high performance in a team
- Numeracy and IT skills
- Self-motivated with drive for results
- Excellent interpersonal skills
