We are recruiting two Chocolate Advisors (8–16 hours per week) for our brand new store in The Trafford Centre, Manchester opening at the end of May 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximising Sales Turnover and Store Profitability
• Use business tools to drive and exceed store sales and profit targets
• Collaborate with store management on key trading periods
• Delivering Operational Excellence – flawless execution of processes, audit and loss prevention, health and safety
• Delivering Outstanding Premium Visibility – become an expert brand ambassador, maintain visual merchandising, competitor watch
• Leading for an Inspiring Place to Work – personal development, 1-2-1s, performance reviews

What experience you’ll bring

• Proven retail experience preferred
• Track record of high performance in a team
• Numeracy and IT skills
• Self-motivated with drive for results
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive can-do attitude
