Estates Maintenance Officer
We are looking for an Estates Maintenance Officer to join our friendly Estates team here at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. We are looking for someone to confidently undertake planned and general maintenance and repairs, and to play a part in ensuring our campus buildings are safe and secure for our learners, citizens and staff.
Salary: £29,513.17 + £1,700 Annual On Call Allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, rota between 6:00am–7:00pm, weekend on-call)
Location: Mansfield (main campus) or Nottingham sites
Closing Date: 10th May 2026
About the Role
The successful candidate will be experienced in dealing with reactive and preventative maintenance and will possess a range of practical skills, such as decoration, joinery and plumbing. During the working day, you will come into contact with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] staff, learners and citizens, therefore it is important that you have a friendly and professional approach. This role will be primarily based at either our Main Campus in Mansfield or one of our Nottingham sites; this will be discussed during interview. You may sometimes be required to travel across sites to meet service demands, therefore a full and valid driving licence is essential.

- Recognised Qualification in one or more of the following areas; Joinery, Electrical installation & maintenance or Plumbing.
- Safety Compliance & COSHH
- Moving & Handling
- Access to own vehicle and driving licence
