Subject Tutor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking multiple Subject Tutors to join its Education team in Mansfield. This is a full-time, on-site role teaching practical life skills to learners with disabilities. Salary: £30,508.02 – £39,311.05 per year. Closing date: 8th May 2026.

About the Role

We are looking for multiple confident and enthusiastic Tutors to join our Main Campus in Mansfield. This role will involve providing a high standard of teaching and learning in two or more specific subject areas. We are looking for someone who has experience in the delivery of practical life skills, such as bike maintenance, independence, or health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be skilled in adapting lessons and resources in order to meet the needs of learners. Subject tutors will work closely with members of the Education Team to enable our learners to reach their full potential. They will closely liaise with Progression Tutors to establish appropriate skills needed to support aspects of learners' study programmes and will provide them with up to date industry skills to be successful in the workplace. We would particularly like to hear from tutors who have skills and experience in delivering sport, media and maths and English programmes.

Qualifications Required

  • Teaching qualification in Education and Training Level 4 or equivalent (or willingness to work towards within an agreed timeframe)
  • English and Maths level 2 (or willingness to work towards)
  • TAQA level 3 (or willingness to work towards)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
