FULL DESCRIPTION

Quality Systems Administrator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Quality System Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Operating on an alternating shift pattern, this role is central to maintaining the integrity of our quality processes and ensuring seamless documentation flow from raw materials to finished goods. Reporting to the Quality Assurance, Health, and Safety Manager.

  • Hours per week: 40 hours per week, site based
  • Reporting to: Quality Assurances, Health and Safety Manager

The Responsibilities

  • Control of batch paperwork, retains, and physical standards.
  • Generation of finished goods CofAs
  • Logging and archiving raw material documentation.
  • Assisting the quality team in investigations
  • Assisting in document control.
  • Control of QC consumables
  • Maintaining the digital quality system.
  • Assisting in batch paperwork generation and label creation.

The Skills

  • Experiences with Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Experience managing a digital system.
  • Ideally familiar with the concepts of ISO9001.
