FULL DESCRIPTION

Client Support Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Client Support Manager. The role is site-based in Cleckheaton, BD19 4TT, permanent, 40 hours per week.

The Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Managers to set up new products for the business.
  • Manage all sales orders through the business with the support of internal departments.
  • To provide an outstanding level of client contact through regular communication by telephone & face-to-face meetings, maintaining the personal touch.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate across the business with key stakeholders to ensure the process flows effectively.
  • Any other duties requested by the Head of Client Support.
