[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. Consulting is a global strategy consulting firm. We are seeking an IT Finance & Procurement Manager for our London office. This role leads the global IT finance and procurement function, managing a team of two analysts and overseeing IT budget management, procurement, vendor and contract management, and IT asset management. The manager also serves as the IT Office Liaison for the London office.

• Direct Reports: Two Senior IT Procurement and Contracts Analysts

Key Responsibilities

• People Management: Manage, coach, and develop assigned personnel, setting clear objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
• IT Budget Management & Corporate Finance Collaboration: Own and drive the annual IT budget process, work with corporate Finance team, conduct monthly reconciliation.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM): Lead development and implementation of ITAM policies, oversee lifecycle management, ensure software license compliance.
• Procurement & Vendor Management Oversight: Strategic direction for all IT procurement, oversee vendor performance, review contracts.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build relationships with IT leadership, business and finance stakeholders, represent IT Finance & Procurement in cross-functional meetings.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in IT finance, IT procurement, IT vendor management, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree; professional certification in ITAM or procurement is desirable.

Working Conditions

Standard London office working hours with in-office requirement of 3 to 4 days per week. Ability to attend meetings outside standard hours. Occasional travel may be required.
