HGV Technician
Are you a Level 3 qualified technician looking for a new opportunity? Do you have previous experience of working with Commercial vehicles, ideally in a workshop environment?
Here at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we are looking for an experienced technician to join our depot on a full-time permanent basis working on a split shift pattern, working on a diverse range of modern vehicles from Manufacturers such as Renault, Isuzu, MAN and more.
Some of the activities that you will be involved in will include, but may not be limited to:
- Adhere and comply to Manufacturer repair instructions
- Follow instructions from the job card / repair order to DVSA standards
- Accurately report and record work and tests carried out as per the manufacturers standards, including immediately reporting any further work required or vehicle faults
- Attend training and keep abreast of the latest technical information
- Maintain allocated work areas, and keep in a clean and tidy condition
- Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst following company polices and standard procedures
Skills and abilities:
- HGV Technician Level 3 qualifications or equivalent
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Proven HGV experience
- Driving licence (HGV Class 1 desirable)
