Senior Account Manager

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to own our largest customer relationships, drive renewals, and unlock expansion across multi-product adoption (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Microsites, SDR Plugin). This is not a classical “maintenance” AM role. This is for someone who:

  • Can map accounts, find expansion paths, and build a multi-threaded strategy
  • Can turn a £40K customer into £150K+
  • Knows how to build relationships with senior marketers across ABM, Demand Gen, SDR leadership
  • Thrives in the early-stage grind — no playbook, you build it
  • Has seen what “excellent AM function” looks like & wants to run it here

What You’ll Own

1. Renewals & Growth

  • Own renewals across your book of business
  • Drive £600K in upsell annually
  • Deliver 110% NRR and 90% GRR
  • Build multi-year expansion plans per account

2. Enterprise Relationship Building

  • Become the trusted partner for CMOs, Heads of ABM, and SDR leaders
  • Run QBRs, roadmap reviews, and influence [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s adoption playbooks
  • Build deep multi-threading across marketing, ops, and sales

3. AM Playbook Creation

  • Build the first “real” AM motion at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
  • Create processes for account mapping, renewal frameworks, and expansion discovery
  • Partner with Product, CS, and Sales to shape expansion paths

4. Strategic Account Mapping

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across channels (Ads, Microsites, SDR plugin)
  • Turn usage data + engagement signals into revenue opportunities
  • Expand footprints across regions, teams, and business units

What Makes You a Fit

  • 3–8 years experience in AM / CS / client-facing roles
  • Experience in martech / ABM / sales tech or strong interest
  • Proven track record of upsell, renewals, and building relationships
  • Have managed mid-market or enterprise B2B accounts
  • Have worked in a startup or scale-up — pace doesn’t scare you
  • Exceptionally organised, structured, and great at discovery
  • Strong commercial mindset — you know how to uncover budget, value, and urgency
