About the role

Our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.

The table shows the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you'll have 3 weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility.

Availability Window

• Sunday: 22:00 to 07:00
• Friday: 22:00 to 07:00
• Saturday: 22:00 to 07:00

You will be responsible for

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride
• Passionate and knowledgeable about products and services
• Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas
• Putting training into practice to work safely and effectively
• Making decisions that are right for customers
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events
• Being knowledgeable about store performance
• Handling products with care to maintain quality
• Being myself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required

You will need
