About the role
Our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.

You will be responsible for
- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride
- Passionate and knowledgeable about products and services
- Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas
- Putting training into practice for safe, effective service
- Making decisions that are right for customers
- Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events
- Being knowledgeable about store performance
- Handling products with care
- Being yourself, living our values
- Accepting deliveries when required
You will need
