Pay: £15.59 - £16.86 per hour (M25 higher). Minimum 16 hours per week guarantee.

Availability Window: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 05:00-24:00. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these windows, with at least 3 weeks' notice of shifts. Please note that you need to be 18 or over to apply for this role.

You will be responsible for

  • Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
  • Working across all areas of the store, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships
  • Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service
  • Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve customers, communities, and planet

You will need

  • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong role model with passion for delivering great service
  • Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create inclusive, supportive team environment
  • Clear communicator using a variety of methods
  • Natural leader who motivates and inspires the team
