About the role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This role involves serving shoppers, working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas, and maintaining high standards. The availability windows are: Sunday 15:45–20:00, Wednesday 06:00–09:00, Friday 17:00–22:15. You must be over 18 to apply.

You will be responsible for

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride
• Being passionate and knowledgeable about products and services
• Working across store in service, picking and replenishment areas
• Putting training into practice to work safely and effectively
• Making decisions right for customers
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events
• Handling products with care to maintain quality
• Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome

You will need

• A passion for delivering great service
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Take initiative and make decisions for customers
• Work well within a team and communicate openly
• Build relationships to create team spirit
• Be on time, well presented and a brand ambassador
