About the role
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. It takes lots of different people to run a store and this is a job for doers, with plenty of variety. Being a colleague in one of our stores means that you will help to serve our shoppers better every day. You'll meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.

Our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It's our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.

You will be responsible for
- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride
- Passionate and knowledgeable about products and services in the store
- Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas
- Putting training into practice to work safely and effectively
- Making decisions right for customers
- Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events
- Being knowledgeable about store performance
- Handling products with care
- Being myself, living our values
- Accepting deliveries when required
