FULL DESCRIPTION

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to develop and implement project origination goals
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and internal teams
  • Assist with project budgets, procurement and other administrative tasks
  • Schedule meetings and organise the team diary
  • Project administrative tasks
  • Prepare presentations and facilitate internal approval processes
  • Assist with marketing and company administration
  • Support business development objectives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year’s commercial work experience, preferably in an engineering environment
  • Problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with exemplary organisational and time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to commute to Cheltenham - this role is fully office-based for at least the first year
