Role Summary
The Surveying Executive will work in support of the Surveying team and provide administrative and surveying support and back up on a day-to-day basis. Reports to the Surveying Projects and Reporting Coordinator.
Skills, Knowledge and Values

- Reading leases and documents
- Assisting in the preparation of service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Assist in answering tenant correspondence and queries
- Ensuring the property management systems are up to date
- Site inspections re: specific works or feedback regarding particular issues
- Attending occupier meetings
- Report writing and document control
- Making sure insurance inspection works are completed
- Authorise site works in collaboration with the surveyor
- Arrange compliance with void insurance obligations
- Maintain control of void properties and control invoices
- Deal with client and tenant requests for information
- General administrative duties, updating databases and spreadsheets
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday
Salary Range: £32,000 to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
