Activities Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting an Activities Assistant to join the team at Oaktree Nursing Home in Yate. This is a Bank position offering £12.80 per hour, with flexible hours including some weekends and evenings. The role is ideal for someone creative and caring, with full training provided.
About the Role
Our Activities team are fundamental to the residents’ sense of wellbeing and social enhancement. You will ensure the activities schedule in the home plays a key part in ensuring the routines and daily activities they undertake are varied, stimulating and fun. The role really enables you to bring out your creativity, adapting activity programmes that respect individuals needs while also establishing links with the local community to encourage their involvement and increase social interaction.
